When our clients came to us with this project, the existing bathroom was no longer meeting their family’s needs. It was outdated, worn, and lacking in practicality. The goal was simple yet essential: create a modern, easy-to-maintain main bathroom that would serve the kids while enhancing the home’s overall liveability. Our talented team reconfigured the space to improve storage, flow, and usability, introducing a larger vanity and streamlined layout that makes the room more functional and inviting.

Distinctive Finishes and Key Details
A standout feature of this bathroom is the striking “KitKat” feature tiles, adding texture and visual depth to the walls. Our attention to detail was essential, particularly in joining two different tile types on a single wall, a challenge our team met with technical precision. The original window, once considered for replacement, was retained and revitalised with new architraves, preserving a sense of character within the modern setting.

Built with high-quality local materials and a 20-year guarantee on the Wedi shower base, the project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and longevity. Structural improvements included replacing rotted subfloor members, ensuring the new bathroom is as solid beneath the surface as it is beautiful above it.
